JoAnn F. Cox seeks stories in many forms:  speaking with individuals one-on-one, reading dark fiction tales, hearing comedic takes, and watching media on screens big and small.   

Since 2007, she has served as a Founding Board member and Administrator for the Shirley Jackson Awards, which recognizes outstanding achievement in the literature of psychological suspense, horror, and the dark fantastic.  She is a current Board member of Women in Film and Video-New England. 

JoAnn is working on a novel and freelances as a production coordinator and producer.  She enjoys wrangling creative individuals, making connections, and tackling the details. For the 2019 Muse and the Marketplace, she'll serve as Venue Coordinator & Onsite Volunteer Manager.  She hates limes and loves Star Wars.
